A call for Government to ratify the UN Convention on the Rights of Disabled

The Association for persons with disabilities is calling on government to ratify the UN Convention on the Rights of the Disabled. The call comes from the President of that association, Bernard Warner, who is also urging persons with disabilities to participate in the ongoing voter registration process.
