Antigua & Barbuda Receives Over Quarter MIL In Confiscated Money

Antigua and Barbuda has received over a quarter of a million dollars from the United States as its share of money confiscated from a convicted felon.

A statement from the US Embassy in Barbados said its Internal Revenue Service IRS – section was notified by the U.S Department of Treasury’s Executive Office for Asset Forfeiture that it had received approval for sharing the money with Antigua and Barbuda.
