CHURCH CONGREGATION REDUCED TO 25

Many churches will be pursuing different measures to keep their congregations engaged on
After an urgent meeting with the different church leaders on Thursday concerning practical adjustments to their services to avoid mass gatherings, and the possible spread of the Corona Virus, churches were asked to have no more than 25 person per devotion, at least for the next two weeks.
The consensus also decided on a national prayer chain broadcast simultaneously to facilitate twenty-four hours prayer from the different denominations on Sunday 21st and 29th.
Meantime Chairman of the Ecclesiastical Commission William Dorsett pointed to other ways of getting the word to their members.

These churches will be engaged in a National Day of Prayer next Thursday. At midday residents will be asked to take a moment of silence to pray for the twin island state.
