Constituencies eclipse 3000 re-registration mark

As the electoral commission extends the registration process, two of the country’s largest constituencies have already eclipsed the 3000 voter re registration mark. Our cameras caught up with the registration officers for the St. George’s and St. John’s Rural East Constituencies, Teneca George and Valerie Gonsalves Barriero respectively to get their views on the exercise to date.

At the end of the registration process on November 4, the electoral commission is expected to move into the Claims and Objections period before printing a preliminary voters list.
