Education Minister Says That The Ministry Of Education Is Ready To Pay For The Upgrade Of The Country’s Educators

The Ministry of Education is aggressively moving forward with plans to advance the sector in Antigua and Barbuda.

This means ensuring educators are qualified to do the job, especially those who have not already attained a bachelor’s degree in education or education-related field.

According to Minister of Education Michael Browne, the ministry will pay for the upgrade of the educators.

The education minister says that in order for students to receive the maximum benefit of what teachers have to offer, educators must be engaged in the continuous task of upgrading themselves.

This offering is also extended to administrative staff within the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology.
