The Grays Green community could be the next in line for assistance from the Chinese, with the development of a Community Center and a Basketball court.

Parliamentary Secretary within the Ministry of Social Transformation, Senator Londell Benjamin, along with Chinese officials toured the area on Tuesday.

Benjamin says the technical team will return to China shortly, where further negotiations will take place.

He is optimistic that the project will commence before the end of 2015.

Senator Benjamin says he is working feverishly to have King George the fifth ground incorporated into the future plans of the Chinese technical team, because it’s never been included in the budget.
