MSJMC Management Contracts Expires

Minister of Health the Hon. Molwyn Joseph is adamant that a lot more can be done to raise the standard of specialized health care on offer at Mount St. John’s Medical Center.

In this regard, Joseph says there will be drastic changes at management levelat the island’s lone hospital.

The medical centre has been managed by The American Hospital Management Company since 2008, but within a month,the binding agreement will expire.

The health minister says other levels of health care in Antigua & Barbuda are on sound footing but more emphasis on efficient services in the health care system is necessary.
