Prime Minister Addresses UN World Leaders

In one of his most profound speeches, the nation’s leader Prime Minister Hon Baldwin Spencer has told world leaders that a new approach is required for small states like Antigua and Barbuda to confront the challenges ahead. PM Spencer also used the opportunity to advise Antigua and Barbuda’s Ambassador to the United Nations, who is the President of the 68^th UN General Assembly, to act courageously and decisively to address the concerns of smalls and developing states.
