Prime Minister Gaston Browne Upbeat At The Conclusion Of A Two Day Conference To Address The Pressing Issue Of De-risking

Prime Minister Gaston Browne has identified a formula by which Caribbean governments can escape the damaging effects of the de-risking policy being pursued by banks in developed countries.

He outlined his observations earlier today prior to the start of day two of a major conference addressing the pressing matter at the Sticky Wicket here in Antigua.
