Prime Minister Spencer calls for Caribbean Unity as the Nation Observes Emancipation Day

Prime Minister of Antigua and Barbuda, The Hon. Baldwin Spencer is calling for greater appreciation for Caribbean Unity, as the country celebrates Emancipation Day 2013.

The leader also reissues the call for the recognition and embracing of the birth of a Caribbean Nation.
