Proprietor appeal to residents to visit Museum of Photography

Proprietor of the Antigua and Barbuda Museum of Photography and Fine Arts Timothy Payne is appealing to residents to visit the exhibition. Payne says since the opening, numbers to the exhibition, housed on the second floor of the Multipurpose Cultural Center have been disappointing.
