Senator David Massiah re-elected as president of the CCL

The General Secretary of the Antigua and Barbuda Workers Union (ABWU), David Massiah, has been re-elected to lead the Caribbean Congress of Labour as its President in what is being described as a crucial point in the history of the organization. The current economic depression facing many countries of the Caribbean served as the backdrop to the recently held 18^th Triennial Delegates Congress in the Bahamas where Senator Massiah was given the mandate to lead the institution for another three year term.
