MAN SHOT AND INJURED IN MARTIN’S VILLAGE

Breaking news: Police are now investigating a shooting incident in Martin’s Village shortly after 7pm. 19 year old Devonte Harris was rushed to hospital after he was shot and injured. We understand he was shot in the abdomen, but the extent of his injury is not immediately clear. The alleged shooter, who reportedly used a .45 pistol, was apprehended by a Police Officer who was nearby. The police have reportedly recovered the weapon used.

The circumstances which led to the shooting are unclear at this time, but more details are expected shortly.

Reports have been received of a shooting earlier this evening in Martin’s Village. The injured male was shot in the stomach and his condition is unknown at this time.

The allegedly shooter was caught by the police as he attempted to flee.
