Stanford case resumes

The US High Court has heard oral arguments to decide whether R. Allen Stanford’s victims should be allowed to sue third parties such as law firms and insurance brokers on allegations that they aided his Ponzi scheme on October 7th. Standord is said to have used the Antigua based Stanford International Bank to carry out a 7 billion dollar fraud scheme.
