Wounded Man Charged

The Police reported that the second man allegedly involved in the Last-Lap shooting at the East Bus Station has been charged.

Trevorn Francis 23, of Greenbay was arrested and charged on Tuesday with two counts of Shooting with Intent to Murder and for Discharging a Firearm in a Public Place.

The charges arrived from a shooting incident which took place at the East Bus Station during the night of Carnival Tuesday’s Last-Lap street jump-up; where 62 year old Judith Wynter of New Winthropes and 26 year old Shelton Hunte of Freeman’s Village were both shot and wounded.

The incident which marred the Last-Lap celebration, left Wynter still hospitalised, while both men were treated for gunshot wounds and later discharged.

Hunte was also previously charged with two counts of Shooting with Intent to Murder.
