A New Political Leader To Take the Helm Of The Untied Progressive Party

As the United Progressive Party (UPP) seeks to elect a new Political Leader, the man who has held that position for the last 22 years, calls for unity and transparency to remain as the party’s hallmarks.

Speaking at the opening ceremony for the UPP’s 10th Biennial Convention, which took place at the Multipurpose Cultural and Exhibition Centre, the outgoing Baldwin Spencer, shared the accomplishments and challenges of the organization to date and also offered words of advice to the new leader.
