A&B’S JUSTIN COCHRANE SPEAKS WITH ABS ABOUT TOTTENHAM COACHING ROLE

Published

on

Former national midfielder Justin Cochrane, the first ‘Benna Brit’ to join the Benna Boys squad, credits his years playing with Antigua and Barbuda as the start of his coaching development.
Since retiring, Cochrane has worked his way through various levels of English Premier League Clubs. Most recently Cochrane has been appointed assistant coach at Tottenham Hotspur to Thomas Frank, a post he held at Brentford for the last three seasons.

Cochrane is also serving as an assistant coach with the England national team under Thomas Tuchel. He points to his Antiguan heritage, particularly his family’s ties to Liberta, as a core part of his identity.

Driven by a deep passion for both football and helping others reach their potential, Cochrane sees coaching as a natural extension of those values. He has also expressed a strong desire in the future to contribute meaningfully to the development of football in Antigua and Barbuda.
