ANTIGUA AND BARBUDA CELEBRATES “LIVING LEGENDS” ON NATIONAL CENTENARIANS’ DAY

Thursday was celebrated as National Centenarians’ Day, providing an opportunity to extol the contributions of the living legends in our midst.
Their Excellences the Governor General Sir Rodney Williams and Lady Williams have paid glowing tribute to the 23 living centenarians, saying their “wisdom, resilience, and longevity inspire us all.”
The Community Development and Citizens Engagement Division of the Social Transformation Ministry was busy delivering baskets filled with goodies these treasured citizens.
