ANTIGUA AND BARBUDA RAISES CONCERNS ABOUT OAS’ FINANCIAL CHALLENGES

Antigua and Barbuda’s ambassador to the Organisation of American States, Sir Ronald Sanders says the hemispheric grouping continues to face financial challenges.
It comes a year after he declared the OAS is broke.
Sir Ronald says these are hindering the organization’s ability to effectively carry out the mandates.
