Chefs Kendel Harrigan and Jahkaydah Issac won the coveted Tropical Paradise Cake with Rum Infusion Trophy from the Caribbean Baking Awards.

Their winning masterpiece, the local sweet potato cake, infused with English Harbour rum and filled with fevergrass cream and Antiguan Black Pineapple compote, was a delicious tribute to the stunning beauty of Antigua and Barbuda.

The design elegantly showcased the vibrant colours of the national flag, representing the island’s rich cultural heritage and natural allure.
