Key discussions are taking place towards the establishment of the Centre of excellence for Oceanography and the Blue Economy at the University of the West Indies Five Islands Campus.
Members of the international steering committee for the centre are now in Antigua and Barbuda where they have been holding crucial discussions with key stakeholders.
