ANTIGUAN SHOT DEAD FOLLOWING TRAFFIC ACCIDENT DISPUTE IN THE US
US media are reporting an Antiguan is dead after someone shot him in his car in Bronx, New York Tuesday night.
They’ve identified the victim as 25-year-old Juhwan Joseph.
The reports say the incident happened after Joseph got into a dispute following a traffic collision on the Bronx River Parkway near 177th Street in the West Farms section around 9:10.
Detectives believe he was shot by a person in the other vehicle, who then fled the scene.
His father, Kenny Joseph is quoted saying, “No parent is supposed to have to bury their child.”
The father has also said his son, who was his first child, was a good kid who had no problems with anyone.
The news reports say the family is from Antigua, and Joseph came to the U.S. after high school.
Joseph is demanding justice for his son and says there are too many guns on the street.
