There are high hopes that Small Island Developing States will benefit significantly from a ground-breaking document unanimously adopted at the SIDS4 Conference in Antigua and Barbuda.
The Antigua & Barbuda Agenda for SIDS, (ABAS), promises action-oriented  responses to the unique challenges these counties face.
