Faster, more reliable, and affordable broadband services could soon be at fingertips of residents, as the Antigua Public Utilities Authority is on the verge of entering into an arrangement to own its a sub-sea fibre.

Utilities Minister Hon. Melford Nicholas revealed the details during Thursday’s post-cabinet media briefing.
