AT&LU CELEBRATES LABOUR DAY

On this Labour Day, there is a clarion call from Prime Minister Hon. Gaston Browne for citizens and residents to get vaccinated.
The head of government made the latest call at the headquarters of the Antigua Trades and Labour Union, from which the Antigua and Barbuda Labour Party emerged.
Despite the activities to mark the labour movement being scaled down this year in light of the pandemic, the message from the Prime Minister was clear; the nation’s recovery and development depend on herd immunity.
