BACOL HOSTS MEDIA LAUNCH FOR CLASS-ACTION SUIT

Local BAICO policyholders could recover substantial funds by joining a class-action lawsuit at the Caribbean Court of Justice or CCJ.
That’s according to British American Insurance Company Limited and Colonial Life Insurance Company Limited Policy Holders Group or BACOL.
The group has assembled a legal team to secure compensation for policyholders affected by BAICO’s 2009 collapse.
