Baldwin Spencer Concedes

Earlier, the United Progressive Party (UPP) conceded victory to the Antigua and Barbuda Labour Party (ABLP) after losing several seats and trailing in most of the ballot boxes being counted.

Although his party lost, UPP leader the hon. Baldwin Spencer, congratulates Prime Minister elect, the hon. Gaston Browne.

Spencer pledges his support to the new government on any matter for the uplift of Antigua and Barbuda.

He also thanks the party’s supporters over its ten year reign as government.
