BARBUDA COUNCILLORS IN SPAT OVER APPOINTMENTS

A disagreement among members of the Barbuda People’s Movement-controlled Council today, forcing a suspension of the proceedings until next Monday.

While the newly-elected councilors were sworn in without a hitch, contention arose when it was time to select chairpersons for various committees.
