Body Was Discovered On The Steps Of The Industrial Workshop For The Blind On All Saints Road Early This Morning

Police are appealing for the public to tell what they know after the discovery of the body of a man on Lower All Saints Road this morning.

The man, who has been identified as 60-year-old Lisue “Dirty” Samuels is originally of Bethesda village but is known to frequent the Ottos community.

Police have begun a homicide investigation after investigators discovered what appeared to be a laceration to the dead man’s neck.
