BRIAN BENJAMIN GRANTED BAIL
Senior Magistrate Ngaio Emmanuel has granted Brian Benjamin bail. But he will have to pay bail amounting to 20-thousand dollars with a 5-thousand dollar cash component. The 59-year old All Saints resident appeared in the magistrates court early Tuesday on a shooting with intent to murder charge. He is charged with intending to murder Simon Farrell at Sanderson’s Estate.
The farmer will also need to present himself at the All Saints Police Station every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday until his next court date on December 4 this year. He will also need to provide 2 sureties.
