BUSINESS OPERATORS REMINDED ALL PRICES MUST BE CLEARLY DISPLAYED

Deputy director of the Prices and Consumer Affairs Division Jo-Ann Peters is reminding retailers and other business operators that prices are to be clearly displayed for every item available for sale.

She also insists there must be no dual-pricing.

The division is on a mission to help residents learn their rights, in the wake of the passage of the Consumer Protection Bill in October 2025.
