Cabinet Fully Supports Prime Minister’s Decision To Relieve The Hon Asot Michael Of His Ministerial Post

Cabinet is convinced that Prime Minister Browne did what was best for the country, his government and the people of Antigua and Barbuda in acting decisively to relieve Asot Michael of his ministerial post.
Information Minister, the Hon. Melford Nicholas reports the Executive body agreed the decisive move was required to preserve the integrity of the country.

The former Minister’s portfolio assignments were re-distributed to other members of the Cabinet when the body met last Friday.
Minister Nicholas believes the International community would be pleased with the decisions taken.
