CADET CORPS BEING EXPANDED; HAILED AS KEY IN BUILDING CHARACTER AMONG YOUTH

Chief of Defence Staff, Brigadier Telbert Benjamin is confident the expansion of the Cadet Corps in schools will help to tackle the growing problem of anti-social behaviour among youth.

He was speaking at an open forum at Camp Blizzard on Saturday, for individuals interested in the Cadet Corps.
