Cardiologist Dr Georgette Meade says excessive consumption of foods high in sugar, fats and salt is a major risk factor for sudden death from heart disease.

Dr Meade also points to the elevated risk from smoking both cannabis and tobacco, as well as the use of sexual enhancement drugs by men without medical advice.

Dr. Meade shared crucial details during ABS’ House Calls on Tuesday evening.
