CARICOM HEADS AGREE TO EXPAND FREE MOVEMENT OF PEOPLE
Caricom leaders have agreed to expand the free movement of people across the 15-member community.
It is to be implemented next year after regional arrangements are fine-tuned.
The decision on free movement was one of the major outcomes from the just-concluded Caricom Heads of Government Meeting in Trinidad and Tobago.
