CAS PLACE INTO LIQUIDATION; APRIL 30 DEADLINE FOR DEBT CLAIMS

Caribbean Airport Services (CAS) Ltd has been placed into liquidation by an order of the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court (ECSC). A notice published in the gazette indicates that these creditors have until the 30th of April this year to send their names and addresses, particulars or their debts or claims, whether present or future, certain or contingent, to the liquidator in writing. The business, assets, and affairs of the company are under the control of liquidator, Christopher S. Sambrano.

CAS had been providing support services to airlines at the V.C. Bird International Airport. However, its financial challenges were exacerbated during the Covid-19 pandemic which crippled air travel.
