CHANCELLOR APPOINTMENT WON’T AFFECT DIPLOMATIC WORK FOR A&B – SIR RONALD SANDERS
Sir Ronald Sanders is reiterating that his recent appointment as chancellor of the University of Guyana will not affect the performance of his duties as Antigua and Barbuda’s ambassador to the United States, permanent representative to the Organisation of American States and high commissioner to Canada.
He says that’s because the position of chancellor is an unpaid and largely ceremonial function.
Sir Ronald had made this clear during a recent interview with ABS News.
