Chief Justice of the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court, Dame Janice Pereira says the launch of the Family Division of the High Court in Antigua and Barbuda is among the seminal achievements of her tenure so far.
Chief Justice Pereira spoke exclusively with ABS News on the heels of last week’s launch of the Family Division.
It now means the twin island state has three specialist courts, the most of ECSC’s nine states and territories.
