Their Excellencies, the Governor General of Antigua and Barbuda, Sir Rodney Williams and Lady Williams, on Monday presented the Governor General’s Faithful and Meritorious Service Cross (FMC) to Her Excellency, Zhang Yanling, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People’s Republic of China to Antigua & Barbuda.
