COMMISSIONER OF SPORTS PROVIDES ADVICE TO ATHLETES AHEAD OF CARIFTA GAMES

Antigua and Barbuda’s athletes have departed the island for the 53rd Carifta Games, starting in Grenada this Saturday.

Commissioner of Sports Dr Colin Greene met with the athletes on Tuesday to provide encouragement and useful tips to the young athletes.

He said the mental preparation is crucially important.
