The redevelopment of the Antigua and Barbuda Institute for Continuing Education is to commence shortly, providing Antiguans and Barbudans with accreditation in a wide array of vocational areas.
Senior government officials joined philanthropist David Harrison for a tour of the facility on Tuesday.
The United Kingdom-based Harrison Centre for Social Mobility has donated 4 million pounds sterling to fund the overhaul of the facility.
