CONSUMER ALERT: RECALL ANNOUNCED FOR ONE FLAVOUR OF CAPRI SUN DRINK

There’s a recall of approximately 5,760 cases of Capri Sun Wild Cherry drink blend beverages.
Kraft Heinz says this is as a result of diluted cleaning solution, which is used on food processing equipment, inadvertently being introduced into a production line at one of its factories.
Only the wild cherry-flavoured Capri Sun products with the “best when used by” date June 25 are affected.
The company says it’s working feverishly to remove potentially impacted products from circulation.
