Court Ruling Handed Down
Both the ruling United Progressive Party (UPP) and the opposition Antigua Labour Party (ABLP) scored a victory in the much anticipated ruling of the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court.
The Ruling was handed down at the sitting of the Court in Tortola this morning.
The ABLP has filed two appeals relating to the Boundaries Commission Report and the Voter re-registration, respectively.
The UPP won the re-registration case while the ABLP made good in the appeal of the boundaries.
