Cracking Down on Children Loitering

St.John’s, Antigua – Government has moved to curb the social issue of children loitering on the nation’s streets, particularly at night.

A headed parliamentary debate on Thursday saw members of the lower house outlining the guidelines under the Criminal Law Amendment Bill 2014.

The legislation sets out government’s policy to crack down on the vexing issue of children loitering on the streets of Twin Island after 10:00pm.
