The Stigma of AIDS still prevalent

Coordinator of the AIDS Program in Antigua and Barbuda believes that more educational programs on Stigma should be developed. Aids Program Manager Delcora Williams says stigma is still prevalent.  Williams says when persons living with AIDS are victimized, it does not encourage others to get tested. She says society needs to show more support for persons living with HIV/AIDS.

The Aids Program Manager added that they are ensuring that the education process continues in the schools.
