DELEGATES FROM AT LEAST 111 COUNTRIES TO CONVERGE IN ANTIGUA FOR SIDS4

Close to 4,000 delegates are expected to converge in Antigua for next week’s fourth Conference on Small Island Developing States, SIDS4, in what is being billed as an event with a difference.

The country’s ambassador to the United Nations and his deputy provided the updates during a special SIDS4 countdown programme on ABS Monday evening.
