DIPLOMATIC PASSPORTS AND PENDING KNIGHTHOODS FOR ICONIC BURNING FLAMES

The Government has promised to honour the outstanding cultural legacy of the iconic soca band, Burning Flames.

The four members of the band were invited to cabinet on Wednesday, where they were extoled for helping to burnish brand Antigua and Barbuda.

They were presented with diplomatic passports and will begin receiving a monthly stipend as of November this year, the same month when they are also expected to be knighted.
