DOROTHY PETERS-NICHOLLS EARNS PhD IN ORGANISATIONAL LEADERSHIP

Dr Dorothy Peters-Nichols has earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Organisational Leadership from Columbia International University (CIU).

Dr. Peters-Nicholls’ dissertation is titled “Leaders’ perceptions of the influence of strategic planning on organizational performance in statutory corporations in Antigua and Barbuda.”

She currently serves as Antigua and Barbuda’s national coordinator for anti-money laundering, countering the financing of terrorism and related financial crimes, through the National Oversight Committee on Financial Action (NOCFA), which operates under the Finance Ministry.

Dr Peters-Nicholls extends heartfelt thanks to God, her family, employer, partners, mentors and everyone who supported her along this transformative journey.
