ECLAC FORECASTS 3.5% GROWTH FOR ANTIGUA AND BARBUDA FOR 2025

Antigua and Barbuda is forecast to be the seventh-fastest growing economy in Latin America and the Caribbean this year.

The United Nations’ Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean, ECLAC, is projecting growth in real Gross Domestic Product of 3.5 per cent for the twin island state for 2025.

That growth forecast is almost double the average growth in the Caribbean, excluding Guyana, which is again leading the hemisphere in economic expansion.
