ECONOMIC RECOVERY COMMITTEE BEING CONVENED

Cabinet is drawing on the resources of a cross-section of business institutions to establish an Economic Recovery Committee.
It will be chaired by Prime Minister the Hon. Gaston Browne and the first meeting will take place next week.
Letters will be sent out to a number of organizations asking them to nominate a representative.
These are the Chamber of Commerce, the Antigua and Barbuda Workers Union, the Employers Federation, the Antigua Christian Council, the Hotel and Tourism Association, the Bankers Association and the Parliamentary Opposition.
